How to Complain to Bramhall Cars
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days.

When making a complaint, please provide:
- Your name and contact details
- Date and time of the journey
- Pickup and destination addresses
- The driver's name (if known)
- A description of your complaint
What Happens Next
All complaints are logged in our complaints register and investigated. We will contact you to discuss the complaint and work towards a resolution. If we are unable to resolve the complaint within 7 days, we will provide you with the Licensing Authority's contact details.

Safeguarding Concerns
If you have a safeguarding concern about a child or vulnerable adult, please contact the police immediately on 999 (emergency) or 101 (non-emergency), or contact Stockport Council's safeguarding team.
You can also report safeguarding concerns to us and we will take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
